We created this catering company because we understand catering differently. It’s a new concept that takes personalization to a new level using created gastronomy to the taste of each individual, always from total control of technique, ingredients that arouse all senses and the final touch of a perfect presentation.
Forrellat catering is the sum of experiences from different perspectives and they complement each other. Marià Forrellat has a wide experience as a director of a number of well known gastronomical projects and Josep Forrellat has worked on the stoves for more than 30 years in a restaurant that has his surname, well established in Sabadell.
